Jungalow began in 2009 in Justina Blakeney’s tiny, plant-filled living room—back when she was writing a design blog, mixing vintage finds with a lush mess of houseplants, and dreaming of a world where creativity, color, and nature could live together under one wild roof.

Since then, Jungalow has grown into a lifestyle brand and creative studio based in a vibrant warehouse space in Frogtown, Los Angeles. Today, Justina acts as Creative Director, while her co-pilot, CEO, Sara Rose, guides Jungalow’s small but mighty team with big ideas and even bigger hearts.

At our core, we believe in the freedom to explore—creatively, spiritually, and artistically. Jungalow has lived many lives, taken many forms, and continues to evolve. Some seasons are about designing wallpaper and furniture. Others are about writing books, painting, launching new collections, or dreaming up experiences that bring beauty and meaning into people’s lives. Through it all, we stay rooted in our values: connection to nature, joyful self-expression, and the belief that design can be a powerful force for good.
